The first key to any strong branding strategy is a name; Something that can represent your team and your values, then stand out as a unique force in peoples’ memories.
After meeting the team and discovering their passion for what they do, we knew the name Oath was a perfect identity for this friendly, loyal, and dedicated group. We then paired it with a brand design that was equally bold, yet approachable, creating a cannabis insurance brand that was unlike anything else in the space.
An oath is forever, just like the infinity symbol. So we incorporated both into a simple, unmistakable logo design that invokes the feeling of strength & unity.
Opting for a complimentary color scheme and subtle smoke accents, we designed the Oath cannabis insurance brand to be an intersection of elegance and approachability.
The Oath insurance team attends a lot of cannabis events, so the first choices for branded materials went to business cards, handouts, and a booth design. With bold colors and brand-focused design, all three work together to create a big presence at conferences and networking events, which also helps them stand out when attendees look over the materials later.
After the branding was put together, the Oath team asked for an animation that could highlight their favorite features of the design. In this 3D animation, the “Oa” of the Oath logo starts to glow and smolder, creating smoke that rolls out of it in wispy puffs.
As an insurance agency, there are three important questions to answer: What coverages do you offer?, Who are your agents?, and How much does it cost?. We helped Oath address all of these points with a new website focused on a personalized approach.
